Matt is supported by an experienced team of nursing and administrative staff who help patients throughout their care, from booking and preparation through to procedures and follow-up.
Tegan
Tegan is a Registered Nurse, Surgical Assistant and Practice Manager with over 15 years of nursing experience. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice while maintaining a strong focus on delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
Tegan has an extensive clinical background in perioperative nursing and colorectal surgery. As a Surgical Assistant, she works alongside the surgical team in theatre, allowing her to provide continuity of care and a holistic patient journey from the initial consultation through to surgery and recovery.
Combining her clinical expertise with strong organisational and leadership skills, Tegan supports patients throughout every stage of their surgical journey, ensuring their care is coordinated, personalised and seamless. Having completed her Master of Nursing, she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice while providing compassionate and reassuring care to every patient.
Vanessa
Vanessa is a caring and dedicated Practice Nurse with 15 years of nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings. Her background includes theatre nursing, private endoscopy, and GP clinic administration, giving her a broad range of clinical and administrative experience.
She loves making sure her patients feel comfortable, cared for and in good hands. Friendly and approachable, Vanessa always pays attention to the little things and brings a genuine, compassionate approach to everything she does. Her experience across both clinical and administrative roles allows her to provide patients with personalised, efficient and high quality care.
When she’s not at work, Vanessa loves spending time with her family, cooking and making the most of the beautiful chaos that comes with being a mum.
Bryony
Bryony is a registered nurse and midwife with over 15 years of experience across tertiary hospital and community settings. She has cared for patients through complex, high-acuity episodes of care, including low and high risk pregnancy, maternity and neonatal care, and brings strong clinical assessment, monitoring and patient advocacy skills to every role.
Now working as a practice nurse for Dr Marino, Bryony is building on her clinical foundation and enjoys supporting patients in all aspects of their care. She brings a calm, empathetic approach and is passionate about patient education and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Bryony is a mum of three and enjoys knitting, reading and gardening.
